The staff was super friendly and polite. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. the food at rak hang thai restaurant was AMAZING!!! as an ihg member, i got an upgrade to a sea view room. I appreciated the hospitality.

The location might not be ideal for a quiet holiday, as it can be a bit busy. the front desk experience was not great. Housekeeping was delayed until 3 pm on two days. i felt the explanation was rude and unwelcoming.

rak hang thai restaurant offers delicious food within the hotel. the restaurant features both indoor seating and an outdoor terrace. the hot menu changes weekly, and there are multiple coffee machines available. they also provide many options for vegans.

The location is really great. Many bars and restaurants were super close. The beach was a comfortable walking distance. The breakfast had a lot of choices. I thought the food was tasty. The staff seemed very attentive, I appreciated that.

The room had lots of stairs to get to it. Some of the stairs were out in the open when it rained. The pool area was slippery when wet. It was necessary to pass this area to go to and from the room.

The hotel is very close to the beach. I found a wonderful Italian restaurant just to the left of the hotel. I really enjoyed it. There was a street market across the street, offering very nice and reasonably priced items. The pool on the hotel was a great feature and I spent a lot of time there.
